Find answers to common questions about how Offsack works and how we connect buyers and sellers.
Offsack connects buyers and sellers of surplus, clearance and wholesale inventory. Through our network we circulate stock opportunities and introduce parties who may wish to trade. We work with a wide range of businesses including wholesalers, retailers, importers, market traders and online resellers.
Opportunities circulated through Offsack may include:
We work across many categories including consumer goods, homewares, clothing, electronics, tools, health & beauty and more.
Buyers can join the Offsack buyer list to receive notifications when stock opportunities become available. If a buyer is interested in a particular opportunity, they may request further details or an introduction where appropriate.
If you have surplus, clearance or excess inventory, you can submit details through our Submit Stock form. Once received, Offsack may circulate the opportunity within our buyer network or introduce suitable buyers where appropriate.
Offsack does not always hold inventory. In many cases we circulate stock opportunities or introduce buyers and sellers directly. Some opportunities may be handled through supplier warehouses or third-party locations.
Pricing is typically set by the seller or supplier offering the stock. Buyers and sellers may negotiate terms directly where introductions are made.
In some cases Offsack may receive an introduction or finder's fee for successfully connecting buyers and sellers. Fee arrangements vary depending on the opportunity and are typically agreed before introductions are made.
Stock quantities vary depending on the opportunity. Some opportunities may involve pallet or container quantities, while others may be smaller wholesale lots suitable for independent resellers.
Yes. Many buyers in our network include online resellers, market traders and small independent businesses. However, stock opportunities often involve wholesale quantities.
Buyers vary depending on the type and quantity of stock available.
Large surplus opportunities are often purchased by:
These buyers may purchase large quantities such as pallets, containers, or full warehouse clearances.
Smaller wholesale lots may also be suitable for independent resellers who sell products through platforms such as:
As well as market traders, independent shops and other retail channels. Because Offsack works across many different product categories, buyers in the network range from large wholesale operators to independent traders looking for resale opportunities.
Stock opportunities depend on what becomes available through our network. New opportunities may appear at any time depending on supplier availability.
Yes. Buyers can submit a Stock Request to let us know what types of inventory they are looking for. If suitable opportunities appear, we may contact buyers who have registered interest.
Stock opportunities are subject to availability and may change quickly. Offsack circulates opportunities as they arise but cannot guarantee stock availability.
